Christine Morris

Senior Executive Vice President, Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience

Christine (Chris) Morris is Senior Executive Vice President, Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience. She is a member of TD's Senior Executive Team and oversees global transformation programs, enterprise data and analytics and artificial intelligence, North American customer operations, marketing, digital strategy, payments and innovation, enterprise change and operational excellence.

Over more than three decades at TD, Chris has held positions of increasing responsibility across many different areas of the Bank. In March 2020, she was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Canadian Personal Banking and was responsible for strategy, customer acquisition, operations, delivery, data and analytics, and governance. Prior to that, Chris led the Canadian Real Estate Secured Lending business and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Lending Solutions, Canadian Personal Banking in 2019. Chris served as Chief Financial Officer, Canadian Banking and Wealth from 2016-2017 after leading a variety of teams within Risk Management, Operations, Business Banking and Finance.

Chris is an active supporter of TD's diversity and inclusion initiatives and serves as the Chair of the Bank's Women in Leadership Committee. She is also the Chair of the Board of Directors for Toronto Finance International and previously served on the Equifax Advisory Committee.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts and Economics from the University of Western Ontario and completed the RMA/Wharton Risk Management Program. She resides in Toronto with her husband, and they have two adult children.
